The cooktop is made of pure 304-stainless steel. The knobs are made of zinc alloy and completely melt proof. Heavy duty cast iron trivets are sturdy & durable.
 
Featuring an ultra-high power triple-ring burner of 5kW, this model is designed for the advanced user who demands commercial kitchen cooking power. The burner is located on the left side to facilitate large cooking vessels.
